Each piece is handcrafted by me, from design to final packaging, using carefully sourced materials. This artisanal process takes time to ensure your jewelry is a unique work of art.

Orders are crafted within 2-4 weeks (US only), depending on material availability and production. Once crafted, orders will ship via complimentary, insured, signature-required USPS Priority Mail with next-day delivery available for most US addresses (1-2 business days). For orders over $3,000, I may use UPS for enhanced security at no extra cost. Tracking provided upon shipment.

Returns must include original packaging and authenticity certificates. Jewelry will be inspected by a certified gemologist; tampered items will not be refundable.

Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days. Engraved items are non-returnable.
